SMARTLOG ROTTERDAM 2 is a new to develop, high-quality distribution center located on the Merwedeweg in Rotterdam. Strategically located in the port of Rotterdam and close to the highway A15 (Europoort-Rotterdam-Nijmegen). The A15 highway provides a quick connection to the highway A4 (Amsterdam) and A16 (Moerdijk – Antwerp).

The logistics complex includes approx. 92.000 sqm and consists of 4 high-quality DC’s, including mezzanine and office space, which are suitable for the storage of both consumer and ADR-goods (hazardous goods).

The DC’s that are suitable for the storage of consumer goods (DC 1, 2A and 4) have an ESFR-sprinkler system.

The DC’s which are suitable for the storage of ADR-goods (DC’s 2B and 3) will be completely developed in accordance with the PGS-15 conditions, making both DC’s suitable for the storage of ADR-classes 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8 and 9.
